Soft magnetic ferrite is wildly used in national defense, communicationand aviation. In order to clean up the burrs on its surface, de-burring machine wasdeveloped by using the principles of vibration de-burring, ultrasonic horn andtransducer were designed and optimized; the specific contents are as follows:In chapter one, first of all, soft magnetic ferrite’s application, production and itsmaking process introduced. Then, concluded ultrasonic method is the most suitableway to clean up the burrs on soft magnetic ferrite’s surface by compared ultrasonicmethod with8other de-burring methods. At the end, the history and development ofultrasonic horn and transducer was showed.In chapter two, ultrasonic de-burring machine’s general design was given and itscomponents and their corporative were introduced. The designed method of controlsystem, ultrasonic horn and transducer was given.In chapter three, in order to clean up the burrs on soft magnetic core’s surface everysizes of ultrasonic transducer were designed by mechanic electric analogous. Thedisplacement distribution of ultrasonic transducer was obtained and the parameters oftransducer were gained by using four terminals network model.In chapter four, the essential amplitude for clean up the burrs on soft magneticferrite’s surface was gained by analyze the beam model. By considering theamplitude transducer can provide, complex Gaussian horn was designed and itsparameters was gained.In chapter five, first, the designed process of ultrasonic horn and transducer wasproved by finite analyzing. Second, the vibrator which is consisting of transducer andGaussian horn was analyzed and optimized. Third, the results of vibrator system’sparameters were gained by the model and finite analyze. Model’s error was obtainedto prove the model by comparing the model’s data and finite analyze one. At last, amagnetic core was tested for checking the property of this de-burring machine.Finally, the key work of this paper was summarized and the shortage of this paperand machine was pointed out.
