| According to the National Land Use Planning, substation siting follows conservation, intensive land use principles. So the site condition is getting worse for substation. Many substations site in soft soil area, and there is a deep backfill also. If handled unavailable, the soft soil will consolidate gradually under the backfill, resulting in large settlement after construction. It will affect the stability of foundation, which leds to the abnormal use of electrical equipment and threats the safe operation of the substation even. Therefore, there is need to carry out the stability analysis for substation retaining wall in soft soil area and focus on the soft soil treatment beneath retaining wall. It has important theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, combined with construction practices, the study of soft soil treatment for substation was carried out. First, based on Shibei500kV substation project, limit equilibrium method and finite element analysis was developed for stability analysis of backfill and retaining in soft soil area. Further, some feasible soft soil treatment beneath retaining wall were proposed. The stability of retaining walls, and slope sedimentation under different treatments were calculated. Then, considering the construction conditions, project investment control and etc., dynamic silt replacement method was adopted. And we focused on the design of dynamic silt replacement, the optimization, technical monitoring, and etc. It provided examples for similar projects of the ground treatment, and benefited to reduce the project cost. |
