With the development of the urbanization in China, the related problems such astraffic jams and congestion had become more and more serious, strengthen thedevelopment of public transportation can effectively relieve the situation. However,present bus vehicles dispatching is always based on the first stop and the terminalstation, or according to the timetable scheduling methods established by experience,but all of them can’t realize real-time and dynamic scheduling, thus the publictransportation industry faces more serious challenges. So study to improve the situationhas very important significance.In the paper, an optimal bus vehicle dispatching model was built based on thedynamic OD of the bus passenger flow, through analyzing the related influencingfactors of vehicle dispatching operation, then the genetic algorithm had been used tosolve the hybrid scheduling model of the whole bus vehicle and the interzonal busvehicle, in addition a relatively reasonable scheduling scheme had been obtained.Specific content as follows:Firstly, based on the rapid development of IC cards, the information of buses’GPS and GIS which was known and the realizable data real-time transmissiontechnology, using the theory of data fusion processing, realized the reasonablecalculation of bus passenger flow’s OD in a single bus line, besides, the researchmethods of regional public transit passenger flow’s OD was been put forward.Moreover, through researching the public transit capacity within the scope of busstops, to predict the trip generation and attraction of bus stops, then put forward theidea of “one hour bus circlesâ€.On this basis realizing the dynamic prediction of buspassenger flow’s OD between two bus stops at any time in a single line, so thatproviding data support to the construction of bus vehicle optimization schedulingmodel.Finally, the hybrid scheduling optimization model of the whole bus vehicle andthe interzonal bus vehicle which is to realized the minimum total cost of the passengerand the bus enterprise was been built based on the dynamic prediction of the buspassenger flow’s OD, and obtained a relatively reasonable bus vehicle schedulingoptimization scheme by using genetic algorithm to solve the optimization model,besides, the feasibility and practicability of the model had been verified by a bus line inChongqing city.Through verifying the feasibility and practicability of the dispatching optimization model, we can analyze the bus vehicle dispatching optimization modelbased on the dynamic bus passenger flow’s OD has certain application value inpractice. |
