Rigid Frame Bridge is a important type of bridge architectures.The Development of Prestressed concrete makes continuous Rigid Frame Bridge have a great development.Especially due to the use of segmented construction methods of cantilever mounting and cantilever pouring.It not only accelerates the speed of building of large-span,but also overcomes the difficulty of scaffold erection in rivers or valleys. About the North River Bridge which will be builded with the method of cantilever,its0,1#boxes will be builded by bracket construction firstly. It will play a crucial role in next step that is cradle construction so that its organization,method, mechanical checking and Mechanical calculations must be designed and checked strictly to ensure the safety during the process of construction,the speed of construction,the durability of the bridge and good flexural deformation of the main beam.Therefore, the construction organization and the construction program for the0、1#boxes of the60th#pier of the North River Bridge are designed and modeled seriously in this article.Mechanical calculations and mechanical checking of brackets and templates are also did carefully.And the control of construction is did effectively that be combined with the existing engineering construction techniques at home and abroad. In the construction program, how to weld steels column and how to erect i-beams and how to place Bailey beams and tripods are considered fully.And concrete pouring,templates placement and the case of prestressed tension are depicted in detail so that construction can be completed quickly. In the design,the checking of Bowl bracket, i-beam, Bailey beams, steel columns in different condition is considered.In the construction organization, basing on the features of the bridge to make the allocation of persons and machinery and design the construction program in order to achieve an effective management and good results. The main tasks in the thesis are as follows:1. The construction plan is designed. Drawing up construction technology, detailed operational rules, the key point of engineering, technical difficulties and assurance measures of construction technology. Listing the special attention to the problems and solutions in the construction process.2. Calculating and verifying interaction force among bracket, template and beam body in construction process.Not only bowl buckle scaffold, I-beam, Bailey and steel tube column should be checked,but also template should be calculated. 3. The construction organization design. Reasonably arranging constructors and machines, so that construction safety and schedule can be sure.4. Summarizing the design process and looking to the problems needing to be solved in construction and calculation process in the future.
