The support system have harvy influences the construction quality and safety, is one ofthe most construction risk factors that lead to engineering accidents. The main supportsystems in cantilever construction of large-span prestressed continuous rigid frame bridgeshave hanging basket system of0#beam section construction, side span full framing system,mid span full framing system, etc. The unfavorable factors influence construction engineeringquality and lead to engineering accident by the system supports, need to eliminate beforeengineering construction. Therefore, in this paper, based on a long-span continuous rigidframe bridge construction background, the stress, stability analysis of the cantileverconstruction of supporting system had been performed by the finite element program andMechanics method. Its related researches to provide reliable basis for support system design,calculation, construction installation and so on, has important engineering significance andpractical value.Based on a long-span prestressed concrete rigid-frame bridge cantilever constructionsupport system as the research object, research mainly revolves around the following aspects:(1) by collecting data, related researches of the prestressed concrete rigid-frame bridgesduring construction safety problems and the support system for mechanical characteristicswere survey, it provides reference for the research of this article.(2) based on design data of0#block bracket, the deformation, stress and stability werecalculated of the0#block bracket in the dead weight, beam weight, templates, hanger loadsthrough the establishment of finite element calculation model, and the safety of the structurewere checked.(3) based on the basis of design data of the cantilever construction hanging basket, thedeformation, stress and stability were calculated in the dead weight, beam weight, templates,hanger loads by the establishment of finite element calculation model, and the safety of thestructure were checked, and the construction process, hanging basket such as installation, switching, dismantle had been designed and the construction safety of the hanging basket hadbeen evaluated.(4) based on the design data of the side span full framing, the full framing and thefoundation bearing capacity were checked by means of mechanics analysis method, the safetyof the construction process were ensured.
