Heavy-cargo Transportation Program Research Of Xianning Nuclear Power Plant

With the rapid economic development and the higher and higher industrialization development level, variety of heavy equipment transport is more and more normalization. Currently, the problems of safe and reliable faced by transport and logistics industry. This paper studied the heavy-cargo transportation program, will deepen and improve the researches of heavy-cargo transportation.The paper based on learning the results of heavy-cargo transportation domestic and foreign, combination actual heavy-cargo transportation of Xianning nuclear power plant, surveying and analyzing the requirements of nuclear power projects, current situation and case of heavy-cargo transportation at home and abroad, defined the basic requirements and characteristics of the heavy-cargo transportation. Studying the adaptability of regional transportation facilities to prepared the alternative transportation programs, Determined the heavy-cargo transportation program through multi-program screening demonstration. Proposed matching transport facilities retrofitting methods for using transport facilities to evaluate which assessed carrying capacity of emphasis structures, typical pavement structures and others when they under the overrun and overloaded status. The paper preliminary studied out construction scale of matching transport facilities and listed engineering quantity of matching construction projects, proposed the thoughts of constructing for heavy cargo wharf, and estimated the investment for recommended scheme of heavy-cargo transportation in the proposed site.The research achievements of this article is to offer research flow with strong operation for formulating heavy-cargo transportation programs though complete studying heavy-cargo transportation program of Xianning nuclear power plant, which can be popularized and gives a reference to other similar research projects. Simultaneously, the paper also studied and evaluated the using conditions of general road surface and bridges for transport stage of overload and overrun vehicles, reinforcement method and theory of calculation and using were proposed.
