With the rapid development of information era, the oil industry is gradually completing information automation of monitoring. The realization and operation of the oil field monitoring system based on power frequency communication improves efficiency and accuracy of the oil field automation datas, and changes the traditional manual inspection meter reading method of real-time performance, low efficiency, poor accuracy. The oil field monitoring system based on power frequency communication can complete the collection of all kinds of electrical parameters of the well, and data storage.The paper is based on the business requirements of oil field, on the function of the monitoring system of substation for technological improvement. Subsidiary of the background management center station of data management function is improved, at the same time through the Ethernet interface will monitor data access to the infield, and realize data sharing function, and application monitoring data provides the basis for the oilfield related departments. In addition, it also studies the data transmission technique to improve the performance of power frequency communication so as to adapt to the harmonic noise serious state of oilfield distribution network channel, especially in the current double speed motor and frequency converter to promote growing conditions.Substation background management center is mainly completed by industrial PC, industrial control PC is based on LabVIEW and SQL Server database management platform, realize the function of all kinds of monitoring data collection and management, and on the basis of the original parameters of oil and water wells is a unified management. At the same time, according to the mechanism of power frequency communication, to send and receive signal demodulation, can through the mutual relations of transceiver node of phase to realize online monitoring of channel parameters, such as, it is convenient to provide for engineering maintenance, can timely understand the channel condition before failure.Substation monitoring data through Ethernet interface to access to the oil field enterprise network, the various departments need to view the monitor data, so the safety of monitoring data accesses departments method, and design method based on USB Key authentication, according to the operation of different departments permissions, it designed the stand side and two kinds of authentication information center, production information center and other units have been based on access to internal operational status of the monitoring data of the well management, greatly reduce the labor intensity of artificial. With the development of the oilfield energy-saving projects, a large number of electrical equipment are using to replace a two-speed motor, frequency conversion motor can save devices.Greatly enhance the oilfield distribution network of noise interference, seriously affects the power frequency communication performance. Based on the strong noise interference characteristics of energy-saving equipment operation, design based on complex wavelet transform, limiting filtering denoising means such as anti-jamming scheme, its effectiveness is proved by simulation and field testing.
