TWACS(Two Way Automatic Communication System) uses slight distortion of frequency grid voltage and current waveforms to carry information. This technique can directly communicate across transformers. According to the business needs of the oilfield digital construction, TWACS can use in the transmission oil RMON information with low equipment cost, easy installation, no communication service charges, etc. Fittness for both grid structure and load characteristics of the oil distribution network, TWACS have made a significant contribution to oil grid for the information technology.Depend on on-site operation of our school in the field of frequency communication technology infrastructure and monitoring equipment, this paper analyzed the situation of large differences in the capacity of transformer, motor oil pumping complex operating conditions and the high frequency of oil stealing. Firstly, in this paper, the communication uplink signal frequency adaptive control, that simplified the difficulty of installation and commission, increased the efficiency of the installation, conducive to the project of large-scale implementation, is achieved by changing the thyristor conduction angle through the situation. It is provided the basis for failure alarm of well’s electrical equipment by the research of diagnostic methods of electrical equipment operation failures of well and the research of the affecting of power failures to the communication signal of TWACS. The research aimd to the situation of the application of TWACS in oil fields in last few years, and the sharing oil recovery remote control, distribution network optimization, basic improvement ideas of remote detection of injection wells were designed. The research provide the next step of basic idea of enhancing the communication rate of TWACS, and create favorable conditions for the further application of TWACS in oil field’s grid, that the demands of the transmission rate of TWACS is increasing.
