| With the growing scale of wind power centralized development, the disadvantages caused by its centralized integration and characteristics of the fluctuation, intermittent and randomness is prominent gradually. For this reason, wind power should be taken into consideration scope in the process of making dispatching plan to ensure the power system running safely and economically when connected with large-scale wind power.As the dispathcer, wind power of different voltage level clusters should be taken into consideration when making diapatching plan.The definition of wind power reconstructing form wind farm to cluster is raised., which use wind power forecast or history data to reconstruct wind power at the clusters. Wind power reconstructing system, as an advanced application of "The D5000" System, is developed to meet the need of power dispatching in this paper.The wind power reconstructing system takes the role of providing wind power data of cluster for dispatching plan making and other applications which take wind power into consideration.The main contents are as follows:1, Two different ways to reconstruct the wind power of cluster under different data environment and reconstruction algorithms are designed in this paper.2, Methods of acquisition and storage for data based on "The D5000" system data exchange environment is designed as data support for wind power reconstructing system.3, According to the needs of reconstructing system and engineering practice, the main struct and operation mechanism of wind power reconstructing system under the consideration of "The D5000" system operate environment are designed in this paper.4, According to the design, the wind power reconstructing system is realized by using QT as development tool and C++as language.The system provides wind power data of clusters to the applications which take wind power into considersation.The running results of the trail operation and test run has proved that the system can meet the requirements for the system. |
