As a kind of clean renewable energy,wind energy has great potential,and it has been paid more and more attention by countries in the world.In recently years,the construction and development of wind power in our country have entered a stage of rapid development,the number of wind farms are increasing,and the scale is expanding.Because the wind farm are in remote areas,it is not conducive to centralized management for the wind power company.In order to manage facilitatly,the wind power group companies have set up several remote centralized monitoring system in succession.System in previous set up a virtual private network in public network VPN to carry out data uploading and command executing.Because of the low safety and poor stability,it is unable to realize remote control,and can't reach the purpose of the centralized management of the wind power group company,and caused serious security risks to the network.To overcome above shortages,the system is redesigned in this paper.According to the requirements of the security protection for secondary system of power grid,system integrated structure select the more secure chain structure system,and security partition and network hierarchical design.We choose the hardware and software according to the requirements of the state.Because of the different communication protocol of the wind farm monitoring system,it is difficult to collect the data.In this paper,the OPC interface is used to collect the data of the wind turbine,and converted the protocol for the collected data and test it.For the unsecurity transmission of system information in the communication link.The system use electric power dispatch data network to carry on the data uploading and command executing.Using the electric power dispatching data network adopt to the independent network networking approach on a dedicated channel,achieved the security isolation in the physical level with other electric power enterprise data network and external network.and using that it adopt to the MPLS/VPN network architecture,system information can be data uploading and command executing in the form of message in the network,and ensure the security and efficiency of data transmission,and meet the requirements of the remote control to the communication link security.In order to make the system more secure and reliable,this system has been security designed which is designed based on the safety protection requirements of "safety partition,network dedicated,horizontal isolation and vertical authentication".Finally,the software architecture of the system is designed from several aspects of the front communication,real-time monitoring,alarm,configuration management,operation control and information management functions to the improvement of the function and the design of the monitor screen.Make the function of the system more comprehensive,and meet the requirements of the system design.In this paper,we design it from several aspects with the overall architecture design of the system,data collection and data transmission,application of security protection for secondary system of power grid,the design of remote centralized monitoring system softwareplatform.Making the system more secure and stable,and realized the function of remote control and information management,achieved the aims of remote centralized monitoring of multi wind farm,and finally realized the goal of "unmanned on duty,less people on duty,regional management",improved the comprehensive management level of wind farm,and provided a new model for the construction of remote centralized monitoring system of wind farm in the future.
