With the improvement of the strength of China’s comprehensive, and theimprovement of people’s living standard, the development of industrial technology isvigorous.With the rapid development of industrial technology, the development ofautomobile industry is very rapid such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain like. Cardrives into thousands of households to provide the transportation convenience forpeople. At the same time, automobile industry development is a double-edgedsword.through car brings in convenience to people, it also brings negative effects,such as, environmental pollution, excessive consumption of energy, and automotivesafety problems and so on. The safety of the car is particularly important. The studyshows that with the continuing popularity of cars, the automobile traffic accidentgrows with each passing day. The number of casualties was spectacular growth in theaccident, to the people to bring the huge loss of life and property, therefore, we haveto pay high attention to the car safety, and the improvement of the performance of thevehicle safety.In this paper, the impact to conduct a comprehensive study on the resistance ofa car body structure, the crashworthiness analysis of frontal collision, the bodystructure of the side impact, the use of sub model optimization to optimize thedimension of the vehicle longitudinal beam technology; and on the basis of thevehicle was analyzed by%40offset collision, to verify the optimization results, inorder to improve the crashworthiness of the car, the main contents of this studyinclude:1, According to the 《Passenger Car Frontal Impact Occupant Protection(GB11551-2003)》 standard, based on finite element theory, using HyperMeshsoftware establish the whole automobile body, chassis, engine, suspension, withcertain mechanical properties of dummy and wheel of complete finite element model.With frontal crash simulation analysis of the model, debugging the model makeensure the accurate result of the simulation and the simulation accuracy.2, analysis of calculation results is touch, discover the existing problems in thevehicle structure, analysis of influence of structural hidden safety problems to thehuman body, thus improving the structure, improve the performance of the vehiclefront collision. Based on the study on the model of side collision, side collisioncalculation results through analysis, structural improvements to the models, improveside impact safety.3, caught the results are based on, the main energy absorption beam are studiedin depth, and the use of sub model technology to optimize the dimension of the longitudinal beam device, the use of Hyperstudy integrated LS-DYNA solver toparameter optimization, the optimal suction design effect.4, according to the results of optimization model, longitudinal model will beoptimized into vehicle, analysis of%40offset collision experiment, by comparing themodel before and after optimization, that can better absorb the optimized structure,achieve the purpose of optimization, improve the crashworthiness of the vehicle.The collision and vehicle safety research of this thesis has reference meaning tothe vehicle resistance. The method of optimization used on vehicle parameteroptimization study has a certain reference Significance.
