New understanding of the relationship between the man and the nature we live in and the environment of urban development; and the construction of a common task. Chinese traditional environmental settlement exhibits a nature for solving serious ecological crisis of today and has a major inspiration to many people. Traditional human, environmental settlement, construction, environmental integration methods and examples of can lead to the success of today’s architectural creation and the environment to create a rich nutrition for the world.This article-from the face of the ecological crisis facing the world today, starts to summarize the ancient Chinese concept of Ecology and natural core concept. The idea of?"Nature does not belong to man, man belongs to nature" is of philosophical significance; and summarizes traditional villages built, environment construct, concise manner essence, and the purpose of today’s law.Traditional Village is a living environment in harmony with nature farming, era products, contain a wealth of planning and design and to adapt to a local environmental, wisdom, rich traditional culture.Nowadays, with the rapid economic development, traditional village living environment has been severely damaged. On the other hand, the modern villages’ living environment has many problems to be solved. Therefore, the village living environment for research and need an immediate rescue for the purpose of the development of the environment. Accurately grasp the traditional village of outstanding living environment-to create a way to tap the times, demand of the local planning practices, are the study of environmental planning practices. People living in the residential villages are important in terms of planning and construction of the modern village to which has a very important reference.Although the characteristics of ancient and modern living environment are different, but the line is the same man since ancient times, traditional villages are still good people living with wisdom for today’s living environment to learn. This article from the understanding of the ecological crisis facing the world toda, y starting with the living environment of scientific theory; serves as a guide to study traditional village living environment to create new and useful ideas. Through the typical significance ring "Erhai." Area development context and traditional villages and the evolution of research, a more comprehensive summary ancient Chinese cosmology, the essence of nature, in order to rediscover "Nature does not belong to man, man belongs to nature" philosophy; and summarizes the characteristics of spatial pattern of traditional villages and environment built, construction methods precipitated the essence, and then concluded with the traditional village living environment. Ideal model of wisdom and the basic connotation for the purpose of the reference made traditional villages’living environment planning model; for today’s revelation of new rural construction, which knows our future planning and construction of new countryside has a very important significance.This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter proposed today are facing serious ecological problems; and lead to the ideological roots of this problem, and then explain concept of traditional Chinese culture, natural revelation; second chapter analyzes the traditional concept of human ecology, natural view generated origins, as well as traditional views of content and features; third chapter ring Erhai area-through the generation of traditional architecture and layout of environmental interpretation, analysis of the traditional view of nature and architecture of the local villages pattern generated in the form of intrinsic impact; fourth chapter through a variety of forms of traditional architecture and village spatial layout approach for analysis, summarized the traditional view of nature in the natural environment and ecological impact of the pattern. The fifth chapter analyzes traditional architectural forms and through villages ecological pattern of actual cases, summed traditional natural view today’s new rural construction positive significance; Chapter summarized from the traditional concept of ecological concepts and natural inspiration to get use to the modern building environment, design principles and methods to explain the ultimate meaning of this thesis.Protection of the natural, environmental protection is an architect cannot shirk responsibility. Articles from the cultural and ecological theoretical perspective, the traditional architectural environment to analyze a large number of instances, combined with design practice, draw all sorts of design combined with the natural principles and practices. This study will help us in an urban environment and environmental systems and architectural planning and design to establish a correct view of nature, creating a sustainable built environment.
