With the rapid development of economy, tthere are many administration center had been built. There are many common problems in the design of the administration center:neither combination with the local environment, nor the life of local people.On one hand, closely combined with the administrative center as a special public building needs and the development of the times. Reflect the characteristics of the times, to guide the development of fair, democratic, transparent public politics.On the other hand, the current global economic integration to the global cultural convergence, the regional traditional architecture culture gradually submerged by the commercial culture, tourism culture; nationality of architecture is the architectural "international" is replaced; the essence of traditional culture, regional culture, China has not been excavated fully healthy.The design of how to combine the modern civilisation thought and local culture, create a unique architectural language to reflect the contemporary social complexity, indefinite, reflects the administrative center of the person and natural concern, is the focus of this thesis.Based on this research background, this thesis is divided into four parts.
