With the rapid development of semiconductor technology, LED(Light EmittingDiode) illumination has played an important part in our life and living. Compared totraditional switching power supply,new LED illumination technology has manyadvantages, such as long lifetime, high reliability, single-stage electrical isolation,optical dimming, SCR phased dimming and so on, so new LED illumination technologyhas became the future development direction of energy saving lighting.According to the characteristics of LED,A constant current LED drive power isproposed in this paper. Two level structure is adopted in the design of driving power. Inorder to improve converter input power factor and reduce harmonic pollution, thefront-end circuit adopts PFC technology, the working principle of Boost PFC circuit hasbeen studied detailed, and the peripheral circuit of FAN7527B is designed in detail. Inorder to reduce the switching losses and improve the efficiency of the converter, thequasi resonant against catastrophic change technology is adopted in the level aftercircuit, quasi resonant flyback circuit working principle is analyzed, and the peripheralcircuit of STR-Y6753is designed. Constant current output of the driver was designedbased on the AP4310. In order to get the working performance of the circuit parameters,the Saber software is used to simulate the LED power.The simulation results show that the LED power supply efficiency is85%, thepower factor is0.90, ripple is within1%. Power performance indicators have reachedthe requirements of design.
