Automotive starter, which is an important index that evaluates holisticperformance of the car and whose reliability and stability directly determine whetherthe car can be starting normally, is the key parts of auto starting system. In the viewof the existing domestic development status of comprehensive performance ofautomotive starter test line,this article,designing a automatic measurement system forcomprehensive performance of automotive starter and a logic structure of integratedmanagement system,sets up monitoring management system of auto starter automaticassembling and testing production line to improve the management ability ofautomobile starter production line.Based on the analysis of automotive starter working principle and the principle ofthe system test and combined with the starter test project and its performance index,this text,according to the technological requirements of the system test, has completedthe overall design of auto starter test production line, which includes designing theprinciple of electrical system, selecting hardware and designing key mechanicalstructure. In order to realize testing comprehensive performance of the automotivestarter automaticly, the comprehensive performance test of car starter is divided intono-load and load performance testing subsystem.This paper designs the overallscheme and test software of the no-load and load performance testing syetem.According to their own requirements and characteristics of no-load and loadperformance testing station,the control application software of subsystems, dividedinto some function modules which include data collection module, project test module,parameter setting module, parameter calibration module, data query module, andsystem help module, are developed by combination of KingView and VB.Using VBprogram to write ActiveX controls to implement data acquisition and controlfunctions, this text designed voltage and current PID tracking controller. Throughidentifying the parameters of current closed-loop transfer function, this paper usingpiecewise PID control and Ziegler-Nichols method to adjust PID parameter whichcan improve control precision and efficiency of parameter setting.Aiming at the starter field of production is difficult to monitor and manage, thegeneral structure of integrated management system of auto starter automaticassembling and testing production line,which synthesizes data information of the assembly station, no-load and load performance testing station, running-in andmarking station and realized the conveyor line and tray walking control, automatictest, location information monitoring, label printing, data sharing and networkcommunication function, is designed to providing convenience for the operatingpersonnel to manage and monitor auto starter automatic assembling and testingproduction line. The system,with advantages of flexible control,fast responsespeed,high automation, wide adaptation ect, has being used into practical application,and it is very stable and reliable which can fully meets the requirement of actualproduction line of automatic test and production management.
