Large installed power, high energy consumption are important factors which restrictthe development of hydraulic elevator. This paper aimed to propose a hydraulic elevatorcompound drive system project with small installed power, less energy consumption,compact structure, smooth operation, and carried on the theoretical analysis, simulationand experimental verification, the final verification of the correctness of the plan. Thispaper applied P-Q valve to the hydraulic elevator system for the first time and put forwarda new composite driving scheme based on the P-Q valve.This paper mainly researched hydraulic compound drive system in hydraulic elevatorbased on P-Q valve;designed the scheme of hydraulic elevator with composite drive pulleyblock and the hydraulic cylinder;a system model was established and analyzed in thisscheme. Oriented for energy saving, stable operation, the advanced driving system of thehydraulic valve with P-Q valve was designed. Good results were achieved with AMESimsimulation of the hydraulic system in the hydraulic simulation platform. The author alsoverified, by experiments, the actual effect devoted to the study of the hydraulic drivesystem, determined the final system of elevator can follow all the design demands offunction, and has good energy saving effect.The first chapter reviewed the history of hydraulic elevator, introduced thedevelopment trend of hydraulic elevator and market at home and abroad; introduced thedrive technology and key points of current hydraulic elevator; introduced thesource,research significance and research content of this paper.The second chapter introduced the electro-hydraulic drive system; studied thecharacteristics of P-Q valve in the electro-hydraulic compound drive system; selected theimportant components involved in the project.The third chapter established load model of hydraulic elevator car, worked out the stress situation of each condition; established a velocity model of hydraulic elevator,established the mechanical model of hydraulic cylinder, and provide a theoretical basis forthe subsequent analysis.The fourth chapter established the theoretical model of P-Q valve, worked out thetransfer link function of electrical signal and mechanical motion, the transfer link functionof hydraulic system and mechanical movement; established P-Q model in AMESim;Simulation was carried out for the pressure and flow rate of two parameters.The fifth chapter build the hydraulic elevator drive system model with weight inAMESim, simulation and analysis of important parameters in the different conditions werecarried out, it was found that the scheme of hydraulic elevator had stable operation, goodenergy saving effect.The sixth chapter designed the testing scheme of electro-hydraulic compound drivesystem based on P-Q valve; the testing were conducted in a laboratory test bench, data wasrecorded by LabView, the ideal speed, pressure curve simulation analysis were carried out.
