To assure the light collecting efficiency and enhance the power of Stirling Engine,the diameter of the dish of the solar power generating system has been designed torange from10to20meters. Since it is normally fixed up in a flat and open area, it isvulnerable to strong wind. Not only will the wind force interfere with thelight-collecting precision of the condenser, but severe environment will also destroythe structure of it. Hence, wind resistance has always been a main research subject inthesolar thermal power generating industrial. With respect to that, current researchmainly focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the wind field of a single condenserand how to optimize the structure design of it. Moreover, the wind interference effectsamong condensers should not be overlooked, especially in terms of a dish-style solarthermal power generating station consisting of plentiful condensers. Given all these,this study aims at the wind resistance of condensers, with regard to which, fewresearches have been made.Based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics Theory, this research is to computethe four typical arranging patterns of multi-condensers by employing the ComputerNumerical Simulation Method, and to probe into the interference effects of the windgroup on the condenser group. The main points are listed as follows:1) By taking a single condense model for an example, discuss in depth the settingprinciples of important parameters, including the sizes, the mesh type, boundarycondition, as well as the turbulence model of external flow field in the simulatingprocess of CFD, and analyze the flow characteristics of the structure of th e condenser.2) Take the double-dish model as the research object and simulating calculate thewind field distribution, wind factor, wind moment coefficient and its interferingfactors by selecting multiple distinct tilt angles and different dish space workingconditions. And then, discuss the influence of the tilt angle and space on theinterference effects of the condenser group.3) With reference to the simulating results of the interferences of lateral andradical arranging models respectively, it is to build two different models, namely thestaggered layout model and the paralleled model. By simulating and comparativelyanalyzing the differences of the two models in regard to their wind field distribution,wind loading coefficients and their interference factors, the author is to explore in-depth the interference characteristics of wind field with different arrangements, soas to provide a reference to the wind resistance design of large-scale dish-style solarthermal power generating stations.
