The25KW large dish solar thermal power generation system has a large spacesize (diameter, high), since the major (13-15tons), anti wind load for high level (8under the wind does not occur under normal operation,12level wind damage) andother characteristics,Under the action of strong winds abnormal vibration in thestructure of the large deformation and can seriously affect the focusing accuracy andsafe operation of the system, So of disc type solar thermal power generation systemfor wind load structure under the action of static, dynamic characteristics analysis ofsolar power is to ensure that the key to efficient, reliable and stable operation.In this paper, first of all, the basic characteristics of structure wind load into theanalysis, this paper introduces the two methods of numerical simulation of wind load,and the harmonic superposition method simulation to generate the fluctuating windspeed. Run computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis method, the disc type solarthermal power generation system in normal work the main condenser of wind loadingrack numerical wind tunnel simulation analysis, obtained the condenser networkframe in all kinds of typical working condition when the surface wind pressurecoefficient distribution coefficient and partition size, for subsequent structure analysisand calculation provide an important source of data.Second, the disc type solar thermal power generation system is established in theworking condition of four kinds of typical position structure finite element model,using the numerical simulation of shape coefficient, surface partition of the systemunder different wind direction Angle of grade12wind structure strength and stresscharacteristics are analyzed, and put forward the system according to the results ofstrength analysis, the worst affected by the wind while working conditions and theoptimum working condition of shelter.Finally, based on the simulation of fluctuating wind, the wind vibration responseanalysis method, has carried on the limits to disc type solar thermal power generationsystem under the action of wind load of the wind vibration response time history analysis, reveals the displacement response of the structure under differentworking condition of the key nodes and wind vibration coefficient of displacement,and analyzes the structure stiffness to the influence of wind vibration coefficient ofdisplacement as a whole.Of disc type solar thermal system analysis of the structural mechanicscharacteristics under wind load, wind resistance for structure design and provide somebasis for the optimization design analysis.
