Motor control system is the key executive component in modern machine system,and the performance of the whole system largely bases on its. The reason for thatMost high-performance motor control systems of the new generation are permanentmagnet synchronous motor (PMSM) all digital control system is that PMSM has theexcellence performance in low speed, which also can be controlled in high speed withflux weakening, and light weight, high power factor and efficiency. With theprogressively decrease of the price of permanent magnet materials and the enoughdevelopment experience of the Permanent motor, PMSM is developed into largepower, high functionality and mini type, and this makes it apply widely in nationaldefense and industrial production.This paper studies on PMSM and the full digital control system of it, whichapplies for Non-transmission shaft printer. Different types of alternating current (AC)Permanent magnet control systems is developed. The works are:(1)Design of the AC permanent magnet motor with high functionality.Electromagnetic design which includes selection of electromagnetic parameter、determination of main dimension、selection of electromagnetic material and insulatingmaterial and so on were carried based on the analysis of mathematic model of ACpermanent magnet motor. The mechanical and processing technological of1.8KWpermanent magnet motor were designed. According to the analysis of prototypingtesting and performance index, the designed1.8KW permanent magnet motor has theadvantages of wide speed adjustable range、large power density and small in size.(2)Design of variable-frequency regulating speed system of AC permanentmagnet motor. Variable-frequency regulating speed technology, is the key technologyto make the AC permanent magnet motor control system operate withhigh-performance. This paper studies on the dual closed-loop speed regulation of ACpermanent magnet motor driver, and developed frequency control devices of ACpermanent magnet motors based on TMS320F2812chip, the design of drive circuitand control circuit are completed, and the match and popularization application ofhigh-performance permanent magnet motor and variable frequency drive are realized.The SVPWM method of inverter is analyzed and design of hardware and software ofcontrol system are realized respectively. By means of the analysis of controller technical index and parameters, the control system designed in this paper has reachedthe design requirements and performance index.(3)Completed the experimental measurement of high performance controlsystem of AC permanent-magnet motor. The performance test system of permanentmagnet motor include permanent magnet motor、driver、encoder、touch screen andpower source. Experimental test of1.82KW permanent-magnet motor under no-loadand load are carried. The experimental result shows that the designedpermanent-magnet motor and control system have the advantages of wide speedadjustable range and well dynamic response under two circumstances.
