| Nowadays, the price of the international oil varies widely, the problems of environmenta1pollution and energy play an increasing prominent. Electric vehicles will become the main di rection of future automotive development. Motor drive control technology, as one of the key t echnology of electric vehicles, the level of which directly affects the overall performance of el ectric vehicles. The research of the drive motor and drive control technology of the electric ve hicles has become hot.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has widely used in industrial control and automot ive industries because of high efficiency, high energy density and high torque to inertia rati o. According to the working principle and characteristics of the electric vehicle, the permanen t magnet synchronous motor drive and control system was designed and developed with the c ontrol core of DSP TMS320F2812.The system was overall designed on the basis of the process and characteristics of Autom obile Sports according to the electric vehicle drive and control requirements. The electric vehi cle drive control system made up of the high-performance embedded digital signal processo r as the core of the control system and high-performance IPM parts as a power drive modul e, combined with space vector control technology. The hardware system was designed by modular model, mainly include the control modul e, power module, communication module, signal conditioning module, and et al. Respectivel y, the function of which was to control the system, supple power to the system, enforce the co ntrolsystem and communication controllers and peripherals, regulate the signal, and et al. Th e permanent magnet synchronous motor completed the design of control system for electric v ehicles in the method of the fine regulating speed performance space vector pulse width debu gging, with the LABVIEW designed the monitoring software to facilitate debugging and mon itoring motor running. Finally, we debug the each functional modules of the system and the entire system to ver ify the performance of the system. |
