The Study On Problem And Measure Of Water Resource Management In Tangshan

Water resources management is getting more and more worldwide attention due to the problems such as water resource depletion and water environmental pollution. How to adjust the water management ideas, change the way of water resources management, strengthen the optimal allocation of water resources and achieve the sustainable use of water resources has become an extensive research subject.Tangshan is one of the100cities that have a serious water shortage in our country. With the rapid development of the economics, the contradictions between water supply and demand have become increasingly prominent and water shortage has become a bottleneck of restricting regional social and economic development. The thesis is to find solutions to the problems, improve water resources management in Tangshan and make it better for the economic and social development through the analysis of the existing problems of water resources management in Tangshan City.Based on the retrieved domestic and foreign literature data of water resources management and files of water resources management, development and utilization in Tangshan, as well as the survey of some water companies and some relevant departments such as Environmental Protection, Urban Management and Statistics, with the analysis and comparison of some water resources management models at home and abroad, the thesis analyzed the general characteristics and structural changes of water resources utilization in Tangshan, identified problems of water resources development, utilization and management, and put forward suggestions of water resources management in Tangshan from the administrative, economic, legal and technical aspects, etc.The thesis studied the overall usage of water resources under the economic, demographic, social and environmental background, emphasized the optimal allocation in using all kinds of water according to the marketing and economic laws, made largest benefits of water resources in economic, social and environmental fields, and pointed out the directions for sustainable ways of water resources management and economic development in Tangshan. With the increasing degree of water shortage, the research will have broad application prospects and reference to water resources management in the water-deficient areas.
