In urban construction and development of existing or new buildings on the safety testing is very necessary. For construction defect detection, such as building leakage, building exterior decorative brick the hollowing, concrete fire damage, disaster damaged building problem, the traditional method of detection efficiency is low, investment is large and has a certain risk factors, the search for a new approach to high efficiency, safe, fast, and accurate detection of buildings, it has become a major issue to be solved in the construction industry in the world.The emergence of infrared thermal imaging technology as possible is to have a solution of the above problems. Own unique advantages, it is also more and more people attention. However, due to the building structure is very complex, and its constituent materials are anisotropic. This makes the application of the infrared thermal imaging technology in the field of construction not so common in other areas. At present, Chinese infrared thermal image technology in the field of architecture at the exploratory stage, there is no clear testing standards, not conducive to the promotion of the infrared thermal imaging technology.On the basis of the detection of defects existing theory by theoretical studies, the actual detection and analysis conducted below several aspects of the study:(1) Compared with the traditional detection method of architecture, highlighting the superiority of infrared thermal imaging technology, and summed up a complete system of infrared thermal imaging technology testing program.(2) Field testing and analysis of buildings, particularly the first time the infrared thermal imaging technology applied to the detection of coal mine subsidence caused by construction damage, and the use of software to analyze and process the infrared thermal images,(3) Through questionnaires, initially established a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based construction methods; and the use of finite element analysis software ANASYS infrared detection affecting factors were analyzed.Finally, several points of this thesis requires urgent problem.
