The3D digital manufacturing can realize the transformation of manufacturing from2Dto3D and optimize the product development process and the allocation of resources. At thesame time it can guarantee efficiency, the quality and reliability of spacecraft products,shorten the development cycle, and effectively solve the problem of a large quantity of tasks,complex technical state, high quality requirements and high reliability requirements and so on.Structured technology design based on3D model is the core part of the3D manufacturing.Technology elements are the base of technology design. It is of great significance for3Dtechnology elements to be analyzed and optimized in order for systematization, so that theycould be extracted directly in the process of product cycle time.In view of the background of typical spacecraft development enterprise and based onanalyzing lots of producing technology and data, a way of technology elements analysis andoptimization design for the technology elements of3D manufacturing mode which can satisfycharacteristics of aerospace products has been proposed innovatively in three dimensions ofproduction process, classification of common and individual properties, and professionaltechnology type. We are aware of the relationship among the necessary technology processelements, the relationship with the whole production process, being structure configured.According to the actual needs of technology design and manufacturing for spacecraft inpresent period, the comprehensive utilization based on clustering of group technology and keyfactor analysis is used in extraction, analysis and classification on the process elements, whichis made systematically. It is used to construct hierarchical structure for elements. And it isdefined the basic proprieties, data type, the means of operating extraction with theobject-oriented analysis. The elements are established the relation, such as generalization,aggregation, dependants and association and so on. Using inheritance, polymorphism, andencapsulation characteristics to abstractly describe all kinds of elements, they are independent,general and flexible.Finally,optimization of the technology elements is in the wholedevelopment process of spacecraft. It can avoid the redundancy and structure theorganization.Optimized results of the3D process planning for the classical of wall plate, box, direct affiliated parts, pipe parts and so on, which are employed in spacecrafts, are successfullyapplied into the3D process planning system of Teamcenter, improving the efficiency.
