A subframe of deputy is a key parts in a dump truck, affecting the life and property of thetruck, in order to ensure that the whole dump truck in the quality of life and the whole car,prevent the balance beam with vice frame junction cracking phenomenon, vice of84dumptruck frame transient kinetic analysis and static analysis and fatigue life analysis, and makeimprovements, to improve cracking phenomena in real life.Vice frame based on "84dump truck" as the research object, using Solidworks softwareaccording to the manufacturer to provide2D CAD drawing out of the3D model, thentransfer to ANSYS, established static analysis of finite element model. The summary of thesubject as follows:1Finite element model of the subframe. In ANASYS Workbench software to its materialproperties set, then its meshing, establish element model.2The vice statics structural framework analysis. Based on the finite element model, andthe auxiliary frame of three kinds of working conditions of bending, statics analysis for3kindsof working conditions of morph nephogram and strain distribution, the stress distribution cloudcloud, view the vice frame stress of each part.3Dynamics of auxiliary frame for structure analysis. This topic mainly carries on the freemodal analysis, then the results were analyzed, to verify its modal frequency will occurresonance phenomenon, at the same time as provide a basis for the optimization of theimproved frame structures.4Dynamics of auxiliary frame for structure analysis.
