Its frame makes the assembly parts installed as a whole, In the course of using vehicle, Its frame will bear not only the weight of the assem-bly installed on it and material but also the shock from the uneven road surface undervaries of conditions, There will be a serious deformation and crack. This will directly affect the usability of mining equipments, So the frame structure must be analyzed.In this paper3d entity modeling of the vehicle frame is maded and finite element mo-del of it is established with solidworks2012. Using the finite element numerical simula-tion technology based on the theory of elastic mechanics, The accurate analysis andcalcula-tion are carried on to the frame structure strength with the finite element analysis software simulation matched to solidworks. Static analysis is mainly maded to the frame under the four working conditions. Though comparing the results of analusis with the actual, We have arrived at the reason of destruction about the frame.Then improved scheme is put forward to the analysis of the causes and parts of the failure. At the same time according to the less stress and strain parts writen down, It is provided about theoreti-cal data for the structure optimization design. |
