| In recent decades, China has been experiencing a rapid development andreformation, and it can keep pace with the world in many aspects. In the backgroundof the rapid development of economy, the subway transportation system of time-saving,high-efficiency in our country have been developing fast in major cities. Among all thetunnel construction methods, the shield method, though starting relatively late, with itsown unique advantages, has been widely used in the tunnel construction.Corresponding to the construction of shield tunnel lining structure, design theory alsohad a great development and progress. At present, the shield tunnel lining structuredesign research focus on the selection of design model and demonstration. But inconcrete engineering, the diversity of influence factors makes it hard to fullyconsiderate of every situation. Shrinkage and creep effect is one of the great features,but it is not clearly signify in every lining calculation model. To what degree of theinfluence on the shield tunnel lining structure and how to consider it in the designshould be researched systematically. Based on the load-structure method, theoreticalanalysis and numerical simulation were carried out in this paper to study the problemof the lining structure how to response to the time-varying effect under long-time load.The main contents include:1. Summarize and analyze the development and application situation of liningstructure design theory in China and abroad. Based on the existing research results, theresearch and the expected results of this study were put forward.2. Based on the homogeneous circle theory model, combined with the concreteshrinkage and creep calculation model, the effective rate of rigidity in different timewas calculated, the calculation method which can reflects influence of concreteshrinkage and creep effect and the creep effect was obtained.3. On the basis of the above study, the influence of the existence of the joints and the position of the joints were considered. The deformation of the lining considered thejoints under long-term load was caculated, using the continuous inhomogeneous model.The resusts, compared with that based on the homogeneous circle model wereanalyzed. And the influence of the joints was discussed.4. Combined with the specific project, using ANSYS finite element software,lining internal forces and deformations under the influence of the time-varying effectwere analyzed, based on the homogeneous circle model and the continuousinhomogeneous model, the numerical simulation were used to verify the feasibility ofthe theoretical results. |
