Refer to the performance of rubber gaskets and caulking under the conditions of fire abroad, proposed a rationalization proposals to improve the waterproof of shield lining of joints.Main work and fruits are as follows:Firstly, study mechanical properties of the rubber gasket deterioration before and after aging for the rubber gasket. And measure the performance of some of the physical and chemical properties of it.Secondly, research rubber gasket waterproof performance degradation, before and after aging for the rubber gasket, through the T-shaped simulated hydrostatic pressure testing.Thirdly, through the rubber gasket aging test, set the temperature gradient, find the temperature point when compressed state elastic rubber waterproof seal completely lost. Summarize the test results, and get a security evaluation criterion of waterproof performance of joints under fire conditions.Finally, binding studies at home and abroad, put forward proposals to raise the shield lining piece waterproof performance under fire condition.
