The structural system of secondary prestressed outer-plated steel-concrete compositefloor is a new type of floor system on the basis of the theoretical research of outer-platedsteel-concrete composite beam and prestressed structure. This new type of compositestructure using lightweight aggregate concrete greatly reduce the structural weight,increasing the performance of heat insulation and sound insulation. At the same time twotimes of the prestressed tension make the new floor system be suitable for the large spanconstruction and bearing, and make full use of the physical and mechanics properties ofcomposite characteristics, which has laid the foundation for the popularization andapplication of this type of structure.The paper researches bending and shearing performance and partial pressure structuralrequirements of precast lightweight concrete composite beams and deduced bending andshearing formula of composite beams.Based on the equivalent load method and theprestressing load balancing method, using the finite element software ANSYS to establishthree-dimensional solid model of laminated floor, the paper research layout of tendons andtension control during the installation and using;Based on tension control and direct interload method during the installation and using, the paper research internal force distributionof the structure at various stages and deduced theoretical formula of structural forces; FEAof dynamic characteristic of the laminated floor is presented in this paper,and by changingprestressed force value and layout of tendons and constrained condition of column werediscussed.In this paper,the influence of the parameters on natural vibration frequencies andvibration mode were analyzed and get some regular conclusions,which can provide somereferences for the further study on the dynamic performance of the system.
