| China University of Mining and Technology in cooperation with the JiangsuJiuding Global Construction Technology Group Corporation developed a newprefabricated foundation of tower mast structure.Anti-overturning property and wholeperformance of prefabricated foundation were studied.Scale model and prototype test were conducted to study in the paper.Wholeperformance and anti-overturning limit bearing capacity were studied in thepaper,Lateral earth pressure distributions of the foundation was studied.The method ofnumerical simulation was conducted to study on anti-overturning limit bearingcapacity of prefabricated foundation and the location of rotating center.Effects ofvarious factors were affected on anti-overturning limit bearing capacity of thefoundation and rotating center of the foundation.Finally,Checking formula and designmeasures were put forward for the embedded foundation.16specimens were poured in the test,two kinds of soil were used in the test.Atotal of40overturning tests were conducted.The main conclusions:(1)Cone angle of inner cylinder takes the value for2.3,height-diameter ratio ofbalance weight ring takes the value for0.3,the inner cylinder and the balance weightring always closely connected.Proving cone angle of inner cylinder andheight-diameter ratio of balance weight ring are reasonable.In the silt and sandyground,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity of integral foundation is as1.01and1.1times as anti-overturning limit bearing capacity of prefabricatedfoundation,Proving anti-overturning limit bearing capacity of integral foundation andprefabricated foundation are very close.Integrity of integral foundation andprefabricated foundation are very close.(2)In silt ground,inner cylinder increases four balance weight ring,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by1times.In sandy ground,inner cylinderincreases four balance weight ring,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by1.22times.Buried depth is constant in the prototype test,diameter of the foundationincreases from48cm to100cm,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by1.96times.The method of inner cylinder increasing balance weight ring cansignificantly improve anti-overturning property of the foundation.(3)Bulk of the foundation is constant,the ratio of height to diameter increases onetime,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by2.7times.Buried depth of thefoundation is constant,diameter increases one time,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by2.7times.Dimeter of the foundation is constant,buried depth ofthe foundation increases one time,anti-overturning limit bearing capacity increases by4.4times.(4)Anti-overturning checking method of embedded circular foundation wasraised. |
