Low ripple of brushless torque motor is a kind of slotless and brushless torque motor, which is one of the most advanced torque motor in the world today. It has low torque fluctuation (no cogging torque fluctuations), high linearity, high torque to weight ratio, etc. It’s the latest generation of brushless direct drive torque motor, which playing the part of the core of the high stability of servo system device and the executive cell. It has widely application requirements in high precision, high stability of servo systems, such as high-performance aerospace, ship, and weapons. Thus, the study of low ripple brushless torque motor becomes the key point of the research at home and abroad. Especially that, in foreign countries, this torque motor is strictly forbidden to export to our country, therefore, Studying it has become increasingly important and pressing.Slotless brushless torque motor is called ZWSC for short and is a kind of packing disc ultra-thin brushless motor with the typical ouchi holes and short axial dimensions. It’s prone to mechanical deformation, which makes the electromagnetic field of the motor change irregularly, and the material even craze. What’s more, it causes short-circuiting between armature coils, which severely weaken the stability of the system, and even make the system completely useless, so as to unable to complete its functions; The phenomenon that the material cracking make the motor armature unable to meet the environmental requirements of the system, especially in hot and humid, salt fog and high or low temperature, and so on.In order to solve the problems above, and make the motor meet the requirements of equipment system for high stability and make the feedback of the turn signal is stable and reliable in the system, this article focuses on the formulation of the sealed resin, to balance the strength and the flexibility of the material. On the one hand, it can be indehiscent within the scope of reasonable deformations, on the other hand, it can keep the structure of the armature, ensure the normal use of the motor when the armature is distorted; what else, the text has solved the problem of the stability of the BoBi potting process. At a definite temperature, mix up each ingredient of the encapsulating material, meet the requirement of the potting liquidity, and react chemically under the curing temperature, then it forms a uniform stable polymer. After testing about the viscosity, temperature classification, mechanical strength and environmental adaptation of the material with rotational viscometer, Martin heat resistant, mechanical testing machine, thermal shock test chamber, the results are shown below: Molding shrinkage:0.6%temperature resistance:180℃thermal shock resistance:(O-rings method)180℃, no crackingThe experiment proves that the system can satisfy the slotless electric machines with the heat resistant level of F.The ZWSC motor can achieve the feedback of the turn signal in brushless motor drive system, and it keeps accurate output of low constant torque pulsation, so that the system runs steady and accurately.Study type:Applied research...
