In hydraulic support’s hydraulic cylinder as the research object, in3D design softwareSolidWorks, for research and development platform, using the parameterized technology andAPI secondary development principle, implements the ZZ9200D hydraulic support structureselection of hydraulic cylinder, parametric design and automatic assembly parts.Further systematically study the hydraulic cylinder parametric design method, the mainresearch work: analyzed the working principle of the hydraulic cylinder, summarizes theclassification and structure composition of the hydraulic cylinder, constructs the model ofproduct based on assembly structure. The application of parametric design technology, inSoildworks to3D parametric modeling of parts, the building up of parts and components in theAccess database model. The use of virtual assembly technology and Soildworks provide apissecondary development interface, realize the hydraulic cylinder automatic assembly modelingof product design. Complete system human-machine interface of VB development, users onlyneed to modify the parameters in the VB interface can complete3D parametric design ofhydraulic cylinder components.Parametric design system of hydraulic support hydraulic cylinder, can effectively reducerepetitive work in the product design and improve the design efficiency, shorten productdesign cycle, has practical significance to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.
