In this thesis, the study object is ZFY12500/25/39D hydraulic support provided by amachinery plant. The structure and working principle of the hydraulic support is studied, andthe reliability technology is used to analyse the hydraulic support’s reliability.First, the hydraulic system of hydraulic support is divided into bracket portion andemulsion pump station for analysis. Through the structure and working principle study ofthem, the relationship between the system and the control systems, systems and componentsand components is obtained, then the reliability model of the hydraulic support is established.Secondly, According to the fault tree analysis method, the failure arranging and analysisof the hydraulic system is implemented. the fault tree model of the system is established, thenthe qualitative and quantitative analysis of the emulsion pump is implemented.The CAFTA fault tree analysis system is used for reliability simulation of emulsionpump station, the failure number within a fixed time interval is obtained, then some reliabilityparameters is calculated for analysis the main failure types of emulsion pump station.Throughanalysis these reliability parameters, the distribution parameter estimation and lifedistribution of hydraulic support system’s component is obtained.Finally, According to actual condition, the fault-data and repair-data of machineryplant’s hydraulic support is colleted and analyzed, the data base of fault tree and case analysisis designed. Designed and developed the hydraulic support’s reliability analysis system. Thesystem reliability analysis has four functional modules, namely, fault diagnosis, fault treemaintenance, fault tree analysis and reliability simulation.Reliability analysis system have a great practical value in some aspects, such as therepair, maintenance, design and improvement of the hydraulic support system and theenterprises employee training. It is the evolute base of reliability engineering.
