As the green building and energy-saving building is put forward, solar energy, anew type of energy, has found an increasingly high proportion of application inarchitecture construction. This thesis mainly starts from the construction of the solarwater heating application,combined with specific engineering examples,expounds thepresent situation and the specific problems of the existing building centralized anddecentralized hot water system in China.And according to this current situation,it willput forward some improvement and optimization suggestions of the solar hot watersystem in construction to truly achieve the ultimate goal of construction a low-carbonenergy-saving green buildings.The main work and achievements of this thesis includethe following aspects:Firstly,according to the current rapid environmental deterioration andconstruction overcapacity in China, this thesis analyses the different characteristicsand effects of solar hot water in different forms of construction, gives clearexplanation on the necessity of implementation of the solar hot water system in theconstruction and puts forward the idea that the solar hot water system is the effectiveways to construct a green building as well as improve the environment.Secondly, compared solar hot water system in buildings at home with abroad, thisthesis expounds the backwardness of the development of solar energy and technicalbottlenecks in our country. Combined our country’s basic national conditions and thecomparison and analysis of the economic indicators of solar hot water system, thisthesis puts forward to accelerate the construction of solar hot water system forbuildings in China,and achieve a reasonable and sustainable development.Thirdly, this thesis makes a comprehensive study and evaluation on theconstruction of centralized and decentralized system from such three aspects as thestructure, management and system construction of the solar hot water system. It alsoillustrates separately the different roles of the two systems in the building integration. The centralized system can improve the utilization rate of solar hot water system; thedecentralized system, on the other hand, can expand the coverage of solar waterheating.decentralized-centralized optimization system the construction andimplementation, which combines the solar hot water system with water purifier withthe aim to achieve complementarities among different subjects. As we all known thatthe solar energy is a new type of inexhaustible energy, while ordinary drinking wateralso contains many impurities. Thus the thesis proposes the deep purificationmembrane technology of drinking water after high temperature.This technology notonly effectively reduces the treatment load of biofilm in drinking water,but alsoextends the service life of the biofilm. This thesis further demonstrates the model andresults with a specific engineering example of the perfect combination between solarhot water system and construction of Fengdong new town in Xi’an-Xianyang newarea. It forms a practice system at different scales,different system model.Inaddition, China’s solar energy application in buildings is rapidly developing,current state and local governments have already issued the relevant rules andmeasures to ensure that China’s solar water heater can establish a reasonable andscientific theory frame and the method system in architecture.It establishes the solarhot water system which is in accordance with the present stage in china.This thesisprovides the decision-making,implementation and management basis and thereference for the solar energy artist water system in construction.Inaddition,itpromotes the development of the environmental friendly low carbon energy savingsocial undertakings in China.
