Vehicle-road communication is an important part of vehicles communication in theinternet of vehicles. The fast vehicles, the on-limits wireless channel, the time-varyingcomplex environment, and the changeful topology are challenges for the vehicle-roadcommunication. So more stringent requirements are put forward for rapid networking, resistance to multipath effect and Doppler frequency shift in vehicle-road communication.Aimed at the influence of Doppler effect caused by fast vehicles on the transmissiondistance and packet loss rate in vehicle-road communication, a short distance vehicle-roadcommunication experiment platform based on ZigBee was built. On the basis of theexperimental data, This paper analysis and research the influence of speed, Doppler frequencyshift and the height of antenna on the transmission distance and packet loss rate. The adaptivemodulation and power control are proposed to adapt with the change of the transmissionenvironment.Firstly, this thesis briefly introduced the development of internet of vehicles, the presentsituation and development trend in the world of vehicle-road communication, and thecharacteristics, application, network and protocol stack of ZigBee. Then this paper presentthe overall design of system, and the hardware and software of the system. a short distancevehicle-road communication experiment platform using the remote control car based onZigBee was built, and the static and dynamic experiments have been carried. Finally, thetransmission distance was estimated, and the thesis analysis the influence factors ofvehicle-road communication through mathematical modeling.
