In this paper, Guizhou-Chishui an asphalt pavement construction project departmentwas selected as the object, in the construction the phase of varying temperature of hot asphaltmixture field was studied to explore the field of quality control based on temperature changesin asphalt pavement construction process. A summary of the study are as follows:Asphalt materials, and asphalt mixture of control gradation design were researched bythe Marshall experimental to design and optimize gradation asphalt, and asphalt mixtureobtained in the aggregate ratio of4.6%when the material has good characteristics. Theasphalt mixing process quality control strategies were analyzed, and the results show that theimpact of factory quality asphalt mixing process has gradation control and mixingtemperature control, which must be strictly controlled in order to obtain high quality and hasconstruction features hot asphalt mixes.Asphalt Construction of links in the temperature field changes were studied, and resultsshow hot asphalt mixture at180℃after the station, in the transport stage, paving andcompaction stage is an important stage phase change temperature field. Transport bitumenphase points in the casing temperature unevenness and the highest temperature in the lowerside of the housing. After hot asphalt paving mixture on which the temperature of the surfaceof80cm space within15minutes a protective shield was formed, and lower the temperaturecan reach15℃. This paper also established the compaction stage along the paved surfacelength and thickness direction changes the temperature field simulation, and the results show,a temporal temperature field was formed in both directions, which should so determinepavement compaction processes.Based on the changes of temperature field hot asphalt mixture of each stage inconstruction sectors, the characteristics of the asphalt mixture mechanized constructionequipment was analyzed and the allocation of the main and auxiliary equipment construction equipment and construction technology developed route was optimized, and basedtemperature control the methods of construction process was established.This paper studied on temperature control elements, paving stage, compaction stages ofquality control, and the results show that the quality control stage should paving vibrators andvibrating device from the start, with the actual temperature regulation paver parameters,which can achieve the satisfaction of pre-compaction degree. Compaction process is animportant basis for compaction temperature and compaction time passes control to allow timeto decide on the mix RCC discharge temperature, paving thickness and the ambienttemperature.
