Transmission is one of the core parts of vehicle, the performance directly affects thevarious characteristics of the vehicle. Transmission bench test can simulate various conditionsof transmission on vehicle, so it can be effectively detect the performance of automotivetransmission. This paper mainly research the test rig which can assume the bench test oftransmission and vector control system of driving motor, furthermore, it have a simulationanalysis and research base on SIMULINK simulation platform.At first the paper analysis the general arrangement of transmission test rig and confirmedthe selection of the component and arrange structure of the test rig. according to compare thecharacteristic curves between engine and different types of motor, finally established afeasibility to use a AC motor as the driving motor of test rig.Secondly,analysis of mathematical models of AC motor,established a AC motor vectorcontrol equation in The rotor flux coordinate system through a coordinate transformation,complete the vector control PI regulator design and parameter tuning. After that weestablished a simulation model of driving motor vector control transmission test rig onSIMULINK simulation platform. Then analysis of the mainly function of every subsystem inthe model and design of a GUI control module for the simulation model parameterized controland visualization.Finally, this paper studied two kinds of transmission test specification to establish theprogram of simulation test. After simulation, analysis the result of simulation test. the resultshow a feasibility of the program, and achieve the desired research effect.
