The optimization design of transformer is a problem of discrete nonlinear programming.The process of optimization design is according to the needs of users as well as the provisionsof the relevant standards, planning out all the possibilities, and selects the optimal solution.Design as the premise of production application, it would affect the product’s technical level,quality and cost directly. Because of its superior no-load performance, conservation,environmental protection, Amorphous alloy core transformer has a great demand space.Theoptimization design of Amorphous alloy core transformer is different from the ordinarytransformer, the ideal optimization scheme should be based on the analysis of materialproperties and insulation structure. Studying the optimal design method and developinggeneral optimum design program have important significance.In view of the amorphous alloy core distribution transformer, this paper mainlycompleted the following several aspects of research:(1)Summarizes the characteristics of amorphous alloy core distribution transformer andmain points of design, which is different from ordinary transformer design. Design task hasbeen clear, as well as related theory, laid a solid foundation for the optimization designsystem.(2)Based on the analysis of the magnetic flux density distribution, Improved thecalculation method of no-load loss: Put forward the method of using curve fitting to selectunit mass loss of no-load and unit mass loss of excitation, core column and iron yoke iscalculated respectively. The accuracy of the method was verified by experiment.(3)On the basis of the previous work, set up suitable mathematical model for amorphousalloy core transformer optimization design, selecting the appropriate programming languageand optimization method, designed optimization processes, which give consideration tooperation time and ensure a good global search. Data transmission in the system, realized thefunction of electromagnetic optimization, the structural design and parametric drawing.(4)According to the actual situation of Kang Dewei transformer co., LTD, Adjust thecoefficient of optimum design program, make it more applicable to the production. Fromre-elected strip width and improved oil duct distribution, the more economic solutions havebeen selected. By comparing the practical value of the system was confirmed.
