| With the rapid development of science and technology, the IT represented by computer and theInternet is becoming more and more important in manufacturing. The manufacturing industry fromtraditional manufacturing to information transition is the future trend. Due to the lack of effectivemeans information exchange means between management and automation of the production site intraditional manufacturing workshop, poor control of the production process, some defects ofefficiency and real-time in artificial data acquisition, so it has been difficult to meet the needs oftoday’s manufacturing informatization. Therefore, means of data collection such as sensor, autoidentification are necessary in enhancing the defects of advanced data capture tools and managementsystems should be applied in workshop to improve the disadvantage above, in order to achievemanufacturing informatization and modern management.The Internet of things technology is actually a kind of network established on basis of the Internetand other relevant expanding technologies. The identify of object can be rapidly identified byrecording relevant information with information carrier such as the RFID and2D-Code. By applyingthe internet of things to the MES system of workshop, the means of acquiring information isconverted from artificial recode to computer identification, and the automatically of identification,located and traced is realized. Also, numerical monitoring and management are achieved byconducting analyzing and processing to the relevant data of these items. In this paper, to therequirement of real-time status of parts, production process data and data tracing in the discreteworkshop, some analysis and classification were been done for the data involved in the main part ofthe workshop, and some models which would deal with the data were designed. A solution based onRFID and2D code for capture and management of the data produced in the manufacturing process ofthe discrete workshop. According to production mode of the discrete manufacturing workshop and2D-codes combined with RFID application example in the production of life,the application modeland the physical framework,as well as the logical framework of the system which was based on thetechnology above were designed.With the system interface,something to integrate MES with businessand the data of ERP,PDM was been realized,as well as digitalizing and visualizing the management inorder to improve the management.Finally, a B/S, C/S hybrid architecture management system based on RFID,2D-code and Android cellphone is developed with Java and VC++using tools like Eclipse and Visual Studio2008. Functions like dispatching, processing, assembly and warehouse applications as well ascollection and tracking of manufacturing data were realized on basis of the teaching experimentalplatform of information collection and management of numerical shop floor, providing students withan intuitive and practical digital workshop environment.... |
