This thesis was completed in the State Key Laboratory of Mechanics and Control of MechanicalStructures. The thesis was supported by the National Natural Science Fund (No.10874090) and theNanjing University of Aeronautics&Astronautics Research Foundation (No.56V1028). The contentsof the thesis are as follows:1.The thesis give a sketch about vacuum and high/low temperature environment experiments.Then the complex environment experiments system is expounded. The experiment results show that:the maximum speed and maximum torque of combined TRUM increase under vacuum and lowtemperature environment with temperature decreasing; With temperature rising, maximum speed ofthe combined TRUM decreases under vacuum and high temperature environment, while the toquechanges little.2.With a specific one of this kind of USM, the structure, mechanism and electrical excitationmethod of this USM are introduced in detail. And the thesis talks about several optimization methodsabout the USM.3.The structure of USM with torsional-longitudinal complex vibration based on d33effect isdesigned. With ANSYS, the thesis analyses the modal and harmonic response of the USM.4.The thesis give a wide band random vibration environment test. The result show that:combined TRUM can work well under vibration of both axis direction and diameter direction.5.The shear strength of four adhesive sel-1, huntsman, TL737and E-7are analysed. The resultshow that: huntsman has the largest shear strength; But sel-1shows higher stability.
