With the development of economy, environmental problems are becoming more andmore important to people, epecially the atmospheric pollution is the focus of concern.As in the past two years haze problem China generated, increasingly affect people’snormal life and health. And how to solve these problems have also been put on theagenda by people. In so many factors in air pollution, vehicle exhaust emission is avery important aspect. The electric power as a source of energy of vehicle alternatives,it can solve this problem very well. Nowadays in China electric car has been verypopular. Because the motor as the power core of electric vehicle, it is so important toresearch on it. Brush DC motor is widely used in the early electric vehicles. However,because of the continuous change with the brush, the wear is serious, and often willproduce commutation spark, so its application has many inconveniences in electricvehicles, it may not only lead to instability, but also prone to security issues. In recentyears, with the continuous development of electronic technology, especially electronictechnology, new materials, automation technology,it has also been much developmenton BLDC,so there is bright future using on electric vehicle.as motor contor is animportant factor on electric vehicle system. So systemic researching on the electricvehicle, to operate efficiently and safely, low volume production is particularlyimportant.Based on the description of the principle of BLDC, firstly analyze somecharacteristics of brushless motor then analyzes the mathematical model of BrushlessDC motor. Through the application of mathematical model construction algorithm forthe future lay the foundation Then in the third chapter, design all hardware circuit ofthe brushless motor controller. This part which contains the main control chip PSOCCY8C24533resource description, thhe internal configuration, the power supplymodule, Hall sensor circuit, A/D circuit.Then introduces the software design of thedesign. Through the analysis, reasoning task scheduling algorithm is applied here.Finally is the analysis of the measurement data, and then through the design andSimulation of a single optimization algorithm based on PID neural network isproposed.
