| The Heavy-load steel tubular column filled with steel-reinforcedconcrete is one new type of the concrete-filled steel tubular columns.With having so many advantages,for example,high bearing capacity and goodductility.Therefor,deep research for the characteristics of theheavy-load column is of great significance in theory and application forits being widely used and spread.In order to obtain the shear bearing capacity of the cross jointsof heavy-load steel tubular columns filled with steel-reinforcedconcrete-steel beam, the main contents of the work are as follows:(1)By reading a large number of great works of literature, the articlesummarizes the shear mechanism of the concrete-filled steel tubebeam-column joints, the failure pattern and its calculation formula ofshear bearing capacity;(2)According to the general rule of node design, the model of thecross joints of heavy-load columns is made with the Ansys. Through thesimulation analysis of the force from the model, and comparing withexperimental results, it turns out that the finite element model of jointis feasible;(3)Based on the results of the typical joints model performance, theV jcurve of the joins is extracted. According to the curve, the articlesummarizes stress and strain distribution rule, the shear stress mechanismand failure pattern of the joints;(4)In order to study the influence law of parameters on the shearbearing capacity, such as concrete strength, the strength of the steelpipe, steel beam and steel bone, the strength of the reinforcement ringand its width, axial compression ratio and bone content, the articleextracts and compares the curve of the joins;(5)The article summed up the formula of shear bearing capacity ofthe heavy-load columns, and on the basis of the relationship between theabove parameters and the shear bearing capacity of joints, the simplifiedshear bearing capacity formula of the cross joints is deduced. With thecalculated results compared with the finite element, the simplifiedformula and standard calculation formula, finally the rationality andsafety of the simplified formula is proved. |
