The Key Issues Constraining The Development Of China’s Construction Of Industrialization And Countermeasures Research

Building construction industrialization is considered a sunrise industry,through theproduction of precast factory construction fabricated, green buildings require constructiondevelopment to achieve energy saving, environmental protection, full life cycle, can formthe design, production and construction of integrated building construction operationssystem with standardized design, parts factory, construction mechanization, managementinformation, etc., to improve labor efficiency, shorten the construction period, and tobuild quality protection, improve the overall efficiency.At present, China in the development of architectural industrialization, through thedevelopment of relevant policies, establishment of a national housing industry to guide thedevelopment of architectural industrialization demonstration base, but there is not enoughin terms of cost, industry-standard, prefabricated rate, the scale of production, assembly ofconstruction, etc., making the building relatively long road of industrialization.China’s development like construction of industrialization should learn from theUnited States, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong and other countries of advanced experience inindustrial systems, the development of industrial buildings from restricting factors ofproduction, prefabricated construction technology and other aspects of control and improveproduction scale and prefabricated rate, industrialized building universal, improve the levelof industrialized buildings throughout the country.This paper describes the connotation construction of industrial development, whilebuilding on the current development stage of industrialization and abroad discussed indetail, and a comparative analysis based on the status quo, to develop industrial buildingsin China needs to draw on aspects of learning, focusing on the industrial development ofChina’s construction constraints key issues. Norms for national policy, proposing toimplement a reasonable incentives, establish and improve China’s constructionindustrialization policies and the legal system; production mode problem, through theestablishment of common parts and components, fittings and mass customization system proposal; the construction technical problem, a comprehensive proposal and improvements,development proposals for the development of China’s construction industrialization putforward their own views.
