Promoting Eco-urban Scale To Promote Green Building Path

Nowadays, the development of ecological urban area is still on a preliminary stagein China. Green building, which lack of concentrated and widespread construction, isconstructed separately. This main form of green building is found to be single-functionwith little influence and difficult to promote. At the same time, the rapid tendency ofurbanization in China requires large-scale promoting to build ecological urban area. Inthis way, the problem on the disconnection between the current development of greenbuilding and the requirement of ecological urban area is arising. In this situation, weneed to promote large-scale green building based on ecological urban area. This willchange single construction to regional green building and gather practical experience forthe nationwide promotion of green building. However, to promote green building on thebasis of ecological urban area is a complex system. The high efficiency and quality ofecological urban area and green building become the core issue of sustainabledevelopment of cities. This paper will find Eco-Urban scale path to promote greenbuilding based on the existing practice and theory. We are looking forward to providetechnical support and policy proposal for regional green building.Firstly, this paper analyzes the development of ecological urban area in China. Then,it analysis systematic relationship between ecological urban area and green building onthe basis of synergetics theoy and find that ecological urban area is an open, changingand evolutionary symbiosis system. This paper holds that reasonable planningmanagement to support and intervene is necessary for the qualitative change from greenbuilding to ecological urban area. Therefore, this paper focus on detailed planning ininitial period of construction and try to build green building index system in order tomake Eco-Urban concept and green building joined each other. This index systemconsiders the whole process of construction. This paper also incorporate index systemand all the requirement of green ecology into building process. It sets node controls inthe procedure for examination and approval to guarantee the achievement of ecologicalurban strategy and large-scale promotion of green building.
