With the social and economic development, the problem of ecological imbalance,energy shortages and traffic congestion become serious. The world actively promotes theelectric bicycle, especially intelligent e-bike to reduce emissions, improve the utilizationof clean energy and alleviate traffic jam. Intelligent e-bike with the advantages of light andpractical, low carbon, environmental protection, leisure fitness, is more and more welcomeby consumers. However China does not have relevant products. Intelligent e-bike hasbecome a research hotspot at present and development trend in future, and has broadmarket prospects. Based on the above background, this paper proposes an intelligentvehicle system based on multi parameters. Using axial type torque sensor acquisitionpedal torque of driver, the controller regulating electric output power based on the pedaltorque, and the various parameters about the electric bicycle riding state is sent to theinstrument display system, displayed by LCD dashboard.The study includes the following aspects: Firstly, analyzed the basic principle,operating characteristics and mathematical model of Brushless DC motor; Secondly, adopta speed and current double closed loop feedback control strategy, analyzed the controlsystem transfer function, and proved its stability; Thirdly, the intelligent electric bicyclebased on multi parameter is split into four part, main control system, instrument displaysystem, the battery management system and the CAN communication system, design thehardware circuit and software programming of C language. Focus on the analysis of theselection of hardware, the circuit design, working principle and programming method ofmain control system. It takes STM32F103single chip as the microprocessor, chooses thebilateral axis type torque sensor, and increases functions of current limited driving, overcurrent protection, motor stall protection. Finally, make a prototype and test in thelaboratory and the actual road, introduces the hardware platform and the experimentalscheme, record and analyze a large number of data, after repeated improvement achievedthe purpose of automatic adjustment, consistent with the theoretical analysis. Ultimatelythe system is stable and reliable, riding feeling is comfortable and smooth, power assistance regulated freely, and mixed traveling and body-building.
