In order to change this status, Companydetermines to full scale operation Group Technology. The topic is proposed in thisbackground.The main works completed in this paper are as follows:1. Group Technology development status and the main problems for GTapplication are summarized, aimed to provide reference for Company decisions aboutGT implementation.2. The group code system of harmonic reducer parts is developed, this offered anunite identification for Gi in full operation.3. The group processe of harmonic reducer parts maching is planned, to lay thefoundation of group production.4. Considering the current status slathering of lineation and alignment, group jigsand fixtures are designed, to providing technical support for increasing productionefficiency and machining quality.The above works are carried out partially in actual production, and satisfactoryresults are achieved.
