Southern Shaanxi Rural Planning Research In The Context Of Social Transformation

The problem of "social transformation" first study "Eleventh Five-Year" period isthe basic idea of social development in Zhejiang. The social transformation is thesocio-economic structure, cultural patterns, values such as undergoing profound changes.Chinese society has changed from a traditional society to a modern society, from anagricultural society to industrial society changes from a closed society to an open societyand development. Accounted for a large proportion of the rural social transformation,rural social transformation is concerned, currently there are a lot of problems.Social transformation and new rural construction problems are today our hot newrural construction in the years, many problems come to the fore, the rapid constructionof new rural planning and construction often too much emphasis on efficiency andinterests, a lot of the planning and design are ignored a lot of problems that should beconsidered.China since ancient times is a big agricultural country, however, our leadingindustries of the national economy from agriculture to non agriculture, the main drivingforce of economic growth from non-agricultural, therefore, the implementation ofChina’s new rural construction of major strategic initiatives at the right time.The newrural development and social transformation in rural areas are complementary, and newrural development in order to create the environment for rural social transformationbased on the transformation of rural society provides a guideline for the new ruralconstruction.Through research, the issues facing rural Southern Shaanxi in the period of socialtransition, such as the composition of the population, the problems brought about by theeconomic structure, cultural patterns, political factors change, to the point of view of the urban and rural planning, the planning and construction of the new countryside putforward some ideas and methods.The thesis is divided into theoretical research and planning practice in two parts,theoretical research part of the first analysis of the elements of the planning andconstruction of new rural, Southern Shaanxi Province, for example, geographical factors,economic level, industry structure, and other aspects of the new rural planning andconstruction; according to the research of the Southern Shaanxi proposed in the contextof social transformation of rural areas in South facing several problems, mainly reflectedin the composition of the population, three aspects of cultural, social security, and then topropose how to face, adapt and improve these problems.Planning practical part in the planning and design aspects of the living environment,public facilities involved in the new rural planning, environmental landscape, combinedwith the specific situation in Southern Shaanxi on the construction of new rural SouthernShaanxi how to adapt to the social transformation, and how Faced with the problems ofthe rural social transformation, and thus propose a planning and design practices.
