The tower crane is playing an important role in the construction process,construction features the scope of its wide, radius of operation, which greatly improvethe construction efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, improve the constructionmechanization. In the construction of the power plant chimney, cooling tower, tallbuilding structure, generally use the tower crane and elevator combination to completematerial and personnel transport, construction cost of the mode is larger, and the lowerefficiency in the use of tower crane, this affected the progress of the construction to acertain extent. According to the tall building structure for construction lifting equipmentdesign scheme of China Academy of Building Research Institute of buildingmechanization proposed, aiming at the deficiency of common crane in the constructionof tall building structures, the integrated use of computer aided techniques to design andanalysis work innovation on special-shaped towering tower crane.At the same time, because of irregular high-rise tower crane operation is realizedthrough the linkage platform, operation mode is different from ordinary tower crane,tower crane operation and to improve special-shaped tall staff skills, prevent accidents,it is necessary to operate on special-shaped tall tower crane operator training. In view ofthe powerful function and advantage of virtual reality technology in virtual trainingsystem, this paper mainly research on irregular high-rise tower crane training system ofvirtual reality technology, in the virtual environment training special towering some keytechnology of tower crane operator.Fictitious train system is a simulation system, it collect some advance technology,such as sensor technology, computer-port technology, real-time animation in3D,artificial intelligence, data communication, network technique, multimedia technology and so on. It is an energy saving, safe and easy cost system. Besides, the train can go onat any time, any weather and any place. The trainees are immersing in the fictitiousoperating environment with the help of3I response of virtual reality technique includingImmersion, Interaction and Imagination. According to the sight, hearing and touchingoffered by the fictitious environment, the instruct and working theory of operating one,the importance of operating, every frequent or precious little working situation areperceptible. The training effect is satisfied.According to the tall building structure for construction lifting equipment designscheme of China Academy of Building Research Institute of building mechanizationproposed, composition analysis of overall structure shaped tower crane, in the3ds maxfor processing of the tower crane model and making, baked mapping and rendering ofshaped tower crane working environment. The training is to relative position of goodsand hook accurate, convenient operation training. Finally, by combining the virtualreality system and special shaped high-rise tower crane, virtual remote monitoring ofthe tower crane, and the combination of OSG and LOD technology to realize themanagement and optimization of3D scene of tower crane simulator.
