The isolation layer composed by isolation bearing, can separate the energy of vibration transmitted to upward, and effectively reduce the vibration response of superstructure. Therefore, the design and research on the isolation device is essential.In this paper, CAE technology applied to the analysis of vibration isolation bearings, established a three-dimensional geometric model of the vibration isolation devices based on ANSYS software, used dynamic analysis software for numerical simulation of the vibration isolation device. Pay attention to the actual work of the model, establish APDL parametric design language, employ analysis software of ANSYS on modeling, contact, prestressing force and modal analysis. By model analysis of first ten, the natural frequency and maximum deformation of each vibration mode are obtained. Concluded influencing factors of the stress and displacement of laminated bent plate.Firstly, for preparation on the coming research, analyzing the basic theories and the real work conditions of the vibration isolation device. Then, employ the APDL of ANSYS to carry on parameter modeling.During this process defined the contact element. Subsequently, completed the process of loading and solving on the finite element model, carry out the analysis of prestressed load, static load. Determine the natural frequency and each order modal of vibration isolation system.The paper focuses on the combination of the traditional analysis method and the modern design method, employ APDL language. Through the analysis, attempt to improve its structure, shorten the research and development cycle, save the development expense and raise product quality of vibration device. The simulation results showed that the design of laminated curved plate vibration isolator can isolate the vibration source and the upper structure, and based on the ANSYS finite element simulation method, the isolator has good performance on the operating frequency range.
