The flew characteristic of electro-hydraulic servo valve component element jetdetermines the control precision of electro-hydraulic servo valve. The developmentsof modern hydraulic transmission and CAT provide more efficient methods of testingthe flew characteristic of jet. The technique of virtual instruments brings CAT into anew developing stage.The relevant theories include hydraulic transmission and control, data acquisitimand processing, testing technique, automatic control, instruments, electronics,machining and virtual instrument.The dissertation makes a theoretic studies for jet flew characteristic, and makes adesign for the hydraulic system. Through analyzing velocity, precision of dataacquisition, it designs a hardware test system. The virtual instruments programmingsoftware-VisiDAQ is used with windows 98 operating system. The interface isfriendly and program structure is clear and easy to maintain. Finally, the characteristicof jet is tested and its resuks are analyzed. |
