Three-axis attitude simulator plays a key role in the development process ofNavigation System.with the change of it’s angle,the Three-axis attitude simulator canstimulate the attitude change of the real aircraft.Therefore,the performance ofThree-axis attitude simulator have direct influence on the simulation accuracy and thereliability of the results.Because of the performance improvement of weapon system, the Higher accuracyand the Faster response are required.However,Three-axis attitude simulators areNon-standard equipments.This technology is blockaded and kept secret strictly.So,it isof great importance to develop Three-axis attitude of higher performance.First,the overall strcture of Three-axis attitude simulator is determined,which isarranged like UUT.The load is placed on a disk.The draft is drived by threemoters.Then,the Three-dimensional model and the drawing are acquired.Second,finite element model of the Simulator is established based on the theory offinite element.Both the Static analysis result and Modal analysis result areobtained.Therefore, the Harshest environment of Three-axis attitude simulator defined.Third,Outside the framework of Three-axis attitude is optimized.Orthogonalexperiments are arranged in view of Outer wall thickness,the number of transverseribs,the thickness of the transverse ribs,the number of longitudinal ribs and thickness oflongitudinal ribs.Sensitivity of the design variables are analyzed.So,we can extract thefirst three variables and make them the Optimization variables.After that,we create two Neural Networks which will be used in the process ofsearching for optimal parameters due to Genetic Algorithms.Then,the mathematical Model of Control System is established in connection withthe Outside framework.We use the Classic PID control strategy to anlyze the dynamicresponse of current loop,Speed loop and position loop.Besides,Model referenceadaptive control algorithm is also studied and Adaptive controller is set up.At last,to verify the accuracy of the model, the motor control experiment isperformed.
